The most important project and researches implemented by the ISEA team are the folowing:
Accelerating progress in tobacco taxation policy

Current inter-regional project, Accelerating Progress on Effective Tobacco Tax Policies in Low- and Middle-Income Countries, conducted with University Illinois Chicago and Bloomberg Philanthropies as partners, as well Institute of Economic sciences from Belgrade (Western Balkan coordinator). ISEA is coordinator for Montenegro.

TASIOP

TASIOP (Taking Action on Social Inclusion of Older People) project. The Initiative for social inclusion of the elderly was a three-year, regional project that has been implemented since February 2016 in 5 countries: Serbia - Serbian Red Cross, Macedonia - Macedonian Red Cross and NGO Humanity, Montenegro - Montenegrin Red Cross, Bosnia and Herzegovina - NGO Osmijeh, and Albania - Albanian Association for Gerontology and Geriatrics. The project was funded by the EU, with the support of the Austrian Red Cross and the Austrian Development Agency.

Lepetani - Kamenari

Models for determining the fee for the use of the port in Lepetani and Kamenari for the purposes of ferry transport - the analysis was conducted in 2018 for the needs of the contracting authority - the Public Company for Marine Management.
